About our team
PodcastYourConference.com is dedicated to helping clients maximize the value of their conferences, events and meetings by using podcasting and social media to build buzz beforehand, create excellent content during the event, and market the next event. Our team is experienced, creative, reliable and resourceful. We’ll work hard to meet your goals, your timelines and your budget. Members of our team have many years of experience working with a variety of organizations. Some areas in which we have particular expertise and deep understanding include IT/software/consulting, healthcare/life sciences/pharma, government and non-profits, and manufacturing.
We’re led by Donna Papacosta, who owns Trafalgar Communications and its subsidiary, PodcastYourConference.com, based in Oakville, Ontario, near Toronto. Donna and her colleagues collaborate with clients all over North America to produce text, audio and video to communicate effectively with employees, clients and prospects. We can also build a WordPress-based content management system to house your conference-related content. This is an attractive option when your IT department can’t respond quickly or is unable to meet your needs.
Born in New York City, Donna established her business in Canada in 1985. Since then, she has built a solid reputation as a writer, editor, podcaster and multimedia and social media maven. She loves bringing projects to life and helping clients wring the most value from their communications budgets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Iona College, a Masters in Public Administration from New York University, and a certificate in Magazine Journalism from Ryerson University. Trafalgar Communications is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the Halton-Peel Communications Association and the Oakville Chamber of Commerce.
